गर्मियों में फबेंगे आप पर ये परिधान !

गर्मियों का मौसम अपने चरम पर पहुंचने लगा है । बेतहाशा गर्मी के हिसाब से आपके वार्डरोब में भी बदलाव की जरूरत है । पारा जोर पकड़ रहा है तो आपको अपनी वार्डरोब में एक कूल टच तो लाना ही पड़ेगा। मौसम के अनुसार खुद को अपडेट रखते हुए आप कंफर्ट डिजाइन रूल अपनाएं । आप ब्लैक, व्हाइट और ब्लू के अलावा इन गर्मियों में पेस्टल शेड्स अपनाएं । आप शाम के वक्त चटकदार रंग भी धारण कर सकते हैं ।

इन गर्मियों में फ्यूजन भी बहुत पॉपुलर होगा । मतलब वेस्टर्न कपड़ो के साथ आपको ट्रेडिशनल धागे की एम्ब्रॉयडरी या फिर सीक्विन का काम दिखेगा । फैशन की बात हो और हम लड़को को भूल जाए, ये तो हो नहीं सकता । लड़को के लिए इस साल ब्राइट रंग ट्रेंड करेंगे । इस साल डेनिम भी पीछे नहीं ।आप पतला, हल्का डेनिम अपना सकते हैं और सिर्फ पैंटस ही नहीं बल्कि डेनिम मैक्सी ड्रेसेज और आरामदायक ढीले टॉप्स को भी अपनी वार्डरोब का हिस्सा बना सकती हैं ।

वीकेंड में खाना खाने और शाम को आउटिंग पर जाने के लिहाज से मैक्सी (लंबी) पोशाकें काफी चलन में हैं । लेकिन लंबी होने की वजह से आप इसमें फंस सकते हैं, जो यकीनन एक असहज स्थिति होगी । इसके लिए जरूरी है कि लंबी स्लिट की मैक्सी वाले पोशाकों का चुनाव करें।

गर्मी के मौसम में एक चौड़े और हवादार टॉप का चुनाव करें, जो गर्मी में आपको काफी आराम देगा। गर्मी में चुस्त के बजाय चौड़े और हवादार पैंट पहनें। इससे आपको चलने में भी आसानी होगी। आप किसी ऐसी टी शर्ट को कैरी कर सकती हैं जिसमें कुछ कैप्शन लिखा हो। आप कॉटन या लाइनिंग वाली टी शर्ट का चुनाव भी कर सकती हैं। इससे आप हर समय तरोताजा महसूस करेंगी। इन्हें पहनकर आप आसानी से अपने दोस्तों के साथ आउटिंग पर जा सकती हैं।

ऐसी ड्रेस का चयन करें जिसमें प्रिंट्स, फ्लोवरी पैटर्न, जीयोमेट्रिक डिजाइन या फिर स्ट्रीप्स हो, यह गर्मियों के लिए काफी बेहतर होता है।

पेशेवर बैठकों और कार्यों के लिए परिधानों में हल्के रंगों का चुनाव करें। बटनदार कमीज जैसे क्लासिक टॉप का इस्तेमाल करना भी बेहतर होगा।

इसके अलावा कपड़े के फैब्रिक पर यदि ध्यान दिया जाए तो रेयॉन, पॉलियेस्टर, नायलॉन जैसे फैब्रिक्स को एवॉइड करना ही बढ़िया ऑप्शन है। गर्मियों के लिए कॉटन बेस्ट है । तदि आभूषण की बात कीजाए तो जितना हो सके उतनी ही कम आभूषण पहनने की कोशिश करें। छोटी इयररिंग्ज, पेंडेंट्स को धारण करना बेहतर विकल्प है। यह प्रॉडक्ट्स आपकी त्वचा के कॉन्टैक्ट में कम आएंगे जो आपकी स्किन के लिए सेफ होगा। ब्रेसलेट्स और रिंग्स को एवॉइड करना भी बेहतर होगा। वहीं मेटैलिक जूलरी भी एवॉइड करना बढ़िया विकल्प होगा ।

गर्मी में अक्सर लोग खुद को कूल रखने के लिए कट-स्लीव्स या फिर शॉर्ट्स पहनने के बारे में सोचते हैं लेकिन इसका स्किन पर अच्छा प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता । स्किन को धूप से बचाना जरूरी होता है ऐसे में आप जितना अपनी बॉडी को कवर करके रखेंगे उतना फायदेमंद होगा। साथ ही गर्दन या चेहरे को ढकने के लिए कॉटन स्काफ का इस्तेमाल करें। साथ ही कैप-हैट और आंखों के लिए सनग्लासिस भी साथ में रखें।

गर्मियों के मौसम में आप अलग-अलग तरह के रंगों और डिजाइन्स के शूज को ट्राई कर सकती हैं। आप चाहे तो सैंडल्स भी कैरी कर सकती हैं, इससे आपके पैरों को सांस लेने में आसानी होगी। अपने पैरों को टैनिंग से बचाने के लिए सनस्क्रीन का इस्तेमाल करना ना भूलें। आप ड्रेसिस और स्कर्ट्स के साथ प्लेटफॉर्म या हील्स वेजिज को ट्राई कर सकती हैं।
